Client businesses who receive your profile are bound by confidentiality obligations and applicable privacy laws in their respective jurisdictions.

- Cloud-only data storage — no local saves permitted on any company device
- Mandatory two-factor authentication (2FA) on all internal systems and client accounts
- Biometric fingerprint access controls at our Balanga, Bataan office
- Disabled USB ports on all workstations
- 24/7 CCTV monitoring and on-site security personnel
- Restricted access — only authorised personnel may access applicant data
6. Retention of Personal Information
We retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by law. Specifically:
- Unsuccessful applications are retained for up to 12 months from the date of application, after which data is securely deleted
- Employed staff records are retained for the duration of employment and for a further period as required under Philippine labour law
- You may request early deletion of your data at any time, subject to any overriding legal obligations
